I ordered 2 pair of "Australian" boots for a total of $48. I have been emailing "customer service" who assured me they
had been shipped. Today, I was sent a message that I would receive a company credit. The other items I received and paid for are junk. I don't want anything else from this company. I want a cash refund ASAP.

The boots are really SLIPPERS (with catalog link)

AUTHOR: Rachel - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, January 05, 2013

The same thing happened to my mother. She ordered UGG boots, they didn't come as guaranteed before Christmas, she didn't receive her refund as promised, and when they finally showed up they were the wrong brand, style, size, and were already falling apart.

I did some digging, and the boots that she bought from No More Rack are Easy USA brand, owned by Cheng's Enterprise, Inc. Cheng's catalog lists the boots as slippers. http://www.chengsusa.com/catalog.php?page=15

This is why they are such a poor quality. These shoes were NEVER intended to be functioning boots, and No More Rack knew very well when they ordered them.
