When ordering "event" specials where there is $0 shipping, the regular shipping charge of the item ($2) is added to the cost of the product. So even though the "SHIPPING" charge shows a $0 amount, your item cost is $2 MORE than the original charge. For example (from my own invoice):

4-Pack: Hypoallergenic Down-Alternative Pillows
Price: $29.00
Shipping: $ | Total: $31.00

As you can see the shipping is in fact $0 but the item cost is $2 more. The company's response to this is that the shipping is $0 as stated in the special.

I sent 5 emails with examples and the response was always the same, with no resolution. I posted on their Fb webpage and was blocked no later than 5 minutes after they responded with THE SAME comment.
