nomorerack.com I purchased Kocasco pad and had problems from the beginning connecting to wi-fi. After many hours dealing with support phone number and emailing company we discovered that this item was a returned it Internet

I purchased a Kocaso pad from nomorerack.com.  It failed to connect to wi-fi.  After many calls, emails, etc. we discovered it was a pre-owned item as it had 3 ebooks installed on it.  They expect us to return item at our cost and then receive refund of item cost and shipping cost before they will refund money.  I will never deal with them again and I suggest others stay away!
