August 27, 2014 My Tv arrived at Augusta, Ga terminal. When I checked the NSD tracking, it was dated for estimated delivery 09/02/2014. On 09/02/2014 the date changed to 09/09/2014.  In the meantime some one called me the late evening on 09/04/2014 pertaining deliver.  Unfortunately I wasn't home.  I returned his call 09/05/2014 approximatley 8:30am.  I was told by him that he would return my call within thirty minutes to see if he can bring the tv out that day or not.  I never heard from him (stayed home waiting). I 09/08/2014 I emailed customer care service #1 person, Explained my situation.  They apologized , said what I wanted to hear to make it sound like they were doing their job.  I found on the website numerus complaints about this company.  I emailed #1 person and pasted some of the comments also stating to him I hope I am not add to these complaints list.   He immediately replied, " Thank you for your email but I am currently out of the office." Next day customer care service #2 person emailed me and told me to call the driver again, I complied but the voice mail was full and it asked me to enter a code (?) when I explained to them that I had returned this driver's call and he never called me back but I was going to call them back right then,  #2 replied "I am currently out of the office.

 Unaware the customer care Manager had emailed me the evening before, I decided to call the customer care team.  I spoke with a female who promised me she would get in touch with the right people and call me back at 10:00 am personally and she would also make a note that I will be out of town friday.  She never returned my call either. Checking my email I noticed the cc manager had emailed me and apologized and that my shipment was being esculated to be delivered that day(Tuesday) or the next day and he would personally notify me himself.  Never heard from him either.  Wednesday the driver or who ever called and stated, " I am the person who spoke with you last thursday, You never got your tv did you?"  I said no.  He stated he would bring it out thursday 2 and 6pm He asked for my cell number so incase I am not home when he call.  He asked me if it was alright to bring the tv Thurday.  I stated, I looks like I got no choice.  He laugh and I hung up the phone since he stated what time the delivery will be made.  I checked the website noted the sheduled time set.  Thursday, No phone call , no delivery.  I called 0800 that night to the place where I purchased the tv and explained everything to the customer support team.  They apologized, they called somewhere to see what is going on.  Well they said the tv will be delivered Friday.  I told them I was going out of town Friday and that I won't be home.  I emailed the cc Manager a note and voice my anger and that I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission for their lack of service.   The consumers complaints online was exactly what they said, "this company don't deliver and they lied, or some people didn't get their shipment at all.
