Noon Turf Care DO NOT USE THEY BILL FOR UNAUTHORIZED TREATMENTS RIPOFF RIPOFF Hudson Massachusetts

Noon Turf Care called us in January to solicit business. We explained our lawn problems to them and asked for a guaranteed contract stating we would be guaranteed a nice lawn. When we received the contract there was no guarantee we therefore refused to sign the contract. On April 8th they showed up to fertilize the lawn, we called the owner and told them we did not request their services and not to come back. In June we received a bill with interest ,for unauthorized services. We called them and told them we did NOT have a contract with them and had no intention of paying the bill. Today, June 17, we received a bill from a collection company the original bill was $50.75 it is now $75.75. We have a lawyer who will be contacting them in the mean time our credit is at risk, which is how they blackmail many people into paying for unauthorized services. We are fortunate to have lawyers in the family who will do this for us ,many people pay because hiring a lawyer is too expensive.
