We hired Norm Warner Jr. to do an addition for us. We called the references and they all raved about him. About 2 weeks ago we got a phone call from a man saying that Norm had taken $4000 dollars from him and he never saw him again. We hadn't heard from him in about 2 weeks and had left several messages.

We called the town Supervisor to see if a building permit had been issued. It hadn't.

Norm called us a couple days later and gave us a song and dance that everything was almost done for the building permit that in one week they were ready to start excavation on the addition and that there was still time to do the foundation before the frost.

Now two weeks later still no paperwork and no excavation. His own family is discussed with him because they are getting phone calls all the time from disgusted customers of Norm Jr.'s.
