Young Municipal Center was to take every one whom may read my Ripoff Report on a journey BACK IN TIME on HOW and WHERE the divorce FRAUD started in other words I brought real life FRAUD into REALITY by creating PHOTO IMAGES of the truth the NOUSE depicks how Norman MISTREATED ME, LIED REPEATEDLY TO ME, DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ME for being DISABLED and my children. The years of mind games he played with me SAYING HE'D HELP ME WITH MY DIVORCE PROCEDURES COMPLETE THE DIVORCE all lead to a DEAD END! Filled with such heart ace pain sorrow grief bitterness anger lead to my rage.

As we all know the history and the symbolic symbol of a NOUSE I have brought to you FROM MY EYES and SOUL a real life happenings of what NORMAN ROBINER and his clerk NADINE KOPPIN continued OVER A 12 YEAR PERIOD scammed me ripped me off the pain and damages they have caused me and my family the NOUSE came the day I met NORMAN ROBINER it is my EXPRESSIONS, enter actions with him and my remembrance of him and by wearing the NOUSE in public today with the protest signs began to relieve some of the deep pain I've been dealt afflicted believe me today is the FIRST day I felt now people are paying my complaint A LOT of attention.

To me wearing the nouse was bitter and sweet because I for the first time was able to look at passers by many showing concern, many wanted to know what had happened NO ONE SAW COLOR, nor my disabilities AS I STOOD FOR THE FIRST TIME I SAW THROUGH MY EYES TO THEIRS I am a person entitled to the U.S. Constitution a RIGHT to a fair trail and justice. I became some one today to them and I thanked every one for their encouragement.

The NOUSE has and still is a very big part of my world today as it has been yesterday as it has been since I met NORMAN ROBINER to me it was the coming out of a shell SHOCK of how I felt when I found out the truth NORMAN ROBINER he has turned my world up side down in side out PAIN is PAIN and I am blessed to be able to be hear today to tell my story of his evils I'd only could try to explain but the NOUSE TOLD A STORY WITHIN IT SELF much better then I could ever explain verbaully.

The NOUSE REPRESENTS the out come of dealing with a horrible lawyer who only wanted to profit off me, abuse me and my family my RIGHTS TO A FAIR DIVORCE TRIAL under the U.S. Constitution, I was robbed by him emotionally to the point I didn't want to live I'd beat my self up mentally mad at my self for being disabled, mad at my self for not catching on to his scam sooner. As a parent my children are the sole reason I exsist today I felt I had let my children down unable to provide better for them as I waited, and waited years and time passed wishing hoping frequently falling ill from stress waiting on Norman to help me with my divorce I was blind but now I see. The NOUSE also represents how he dealt with me over the 12 year period of me knowing him all my complaints about Norman are EXPRESSED within the NOUSE all I am asking for is JUSTICE to come for me and my family.

Today I took every one READING MY COMPLAINT to the building where the fraud STARTED it's in the court files.

I got more NEW protest signs today they express in more DETAIL what has happened WITH IN 12 YEARS, I must now bring the signs to REAL LIFE REALITY for what the situation "IS" and has BECOME! IN REAL LIFE! TODAY.

From day one with the devil on his back guiding him, he deliberately, intentionally KNOWINGLY PLANED TO ROB ME and my babies little ones in preschool, kindergarten at the time I met Norman Robiner. Secrets were kept from me as he took my cases based on what and how much he'd "profit" and BENEFIT the most (MODERN MOVING $30,000.00 settlement) as he treated my divorce as waste and found humor in bullying me around (in and out of court) through LIES and CONFUSION sending me in DEAD END circles destroying DAMAGING my MICHIGAN DIVORCE PROCEDURES based on his and Nadine Koppin (clerk) fraudulent pretences CENTERED SOLELY ON SELF GREED! As my problems grew the more he'd profit. DISTORYING tearing down my kids and I surprising our CIVIL RIGHTS.
 
The "on going" MIND GAMES he played was based on my TRUST for our U.S. Constitution (the right to a fair trail), he played on my trust through me trusting in our U.S.A  GOVERNMENT because I am a veteran of the Persian Gulf War. He stole with many a smiles and grins numerous lies fell off is face. Through out the years only he knew how serious the MIND GAMES and FRAUD upon the courts and me because he knew my health was poor AS HE STATED IN THE MODERN MOVING CLAIM-SHE'S "UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE LANGUAGE OF THE CONTRACT", as he found many reasons why the damages grew.

When I began to ask him questions: How and why did my Michigan divorce be dismissed? He had no answers.

Years later he reverses those words using his 2000 Modern Moving claim contract. In 2007 he drafts a contract as a tool of weaponed in order to not have to refund the monies he admitted in writing he owed me. But as scammer did he use my trust for him and my government what he put in his contract a tool used against me.

To be truthful I still dont know what the 2007 contract details I've been going on whats been said based on what has been mentioned to me after he lies out of my complaints.  
 
I am protesting for time for justice to be reversed for the clients he's 10 out of 10 abused sought out as easy pray not only for my family as we are his victims but for so many others whom may have crossed his paths unaware evil lives breathes feeds off by their trust the attorney client relationship the client becomes victim by he or she is not only out of money but a pile up of mind games confusion massive damages.

If one can not trust their attorney then who shall we trust?

Monday April 1, 2013 I get my check then I'll began to take pictures to up load at your site first. I have been in the city Detroit spending time with family and friends remember I became ill over stressing with my bills I had to go see my doctor I was very surprised that the doctor has kept very good notes about Norman and my divorce situation going foul?

Last Friday March 1, 2013 I became very ill in brief the lingering after math of just how bad Norman Robiner sabotaged my divorce procedures FRAUD ignites flames LIKE IT WAS YESTERDAY, when I'm finding my self unable to meet basic bills gas, electric and food.  

I had to detour my day Friday with preventing my utilities from being shut off.

Which resulted in a build up of sever anxiety I completely shut down from my (PTSD) POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER left me very ill unable to eat think concentrate up set stomach. I let my family and friends know I needed their help with assisting me with Norman Robiner paper work that needs to be turned in. 

I would have had my protest signs posted but my health did not allow me to. Bills-Shut off

I'll be seeing my doctors I need a pick me up medication Norman is evil pure evil.

No one should to have to experience the mind games Norman Robiner has played on me. BIG LIE FOLLOWING ANOTHER BIG LIE resulting in him getting wealthy and me a step away from homelessness.

NADINE KOPPIN, NORMANS CLERK helps my ex in divorce by FRAUDULENTLY ALTERING N.C. DIVORCE DOCUMENTS, some one from Norman office sends this document to NC CUMBERLAND COUNTY COURT (Nadines notarization signatures) saying I didn't want nothing out of 18 years of marriage and 2 children all to help my ex win and complete his absolute divorce judgement. No child support entered.

Then the FAT RAT takes $3,000.00 more from me he lets my N.C. ED equitable distribution CLAIM GOT DISMISSED and he never did try to get child support. I found another lawyer SHE WAS GOOD! She got my ex served in 2 weeks and had the papers in the court within less then 3 weeks of me paying her.

I been rereading your songs they are so true to my story. ROBINER COMPLAINT his lying in court.

A judge reviewed my complaint prior to the court hearing read my papers/complaint of Norman Robiner gave me a hug as she looked at him with disgust.

A gentleman stranger followed me out of court and told me aloud for Norman to hear him, said HE SHOULD HAVE GAVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK!

CONTRACT SCAM

It was also other judges FRIEND OF COURT asked me and wanted to know how could my complaints of child support fall through the cracks for so many years? Kids were 17 and 18.

Norman the FAT JOLLY RIPOFF RAT assisted DRIVING in the front seat since May 19, 1999 driving my case into hell until my case exploded in 2009 as I discovered it was Norman all along sabotaging me. He was the FIRST MAN STANDING AND THE LAST MAN STANDING every thing kept going back to NORMAN ROBINER, NADINE KOPPIN in a very negative way.  

No lawyer should wait "12 years" to tell a waiting client "NO", HE WILL NOT HELP YOU, "LET HIM WALK" this was the only truth based on Norman actions he ever told me.

Well I do feel better knowing RIPOFF REPORT SUPPORTS MY COMPLAINT 100%.

And now since their out of my life in the physical sense I'm trying to bring some sort of restoring of daily life back.

DIVORCE-They should be investigated by many for fraud and RIPPING OFF client by taking advantage of disabled sending me in circles of lies while making thousands as they continued to complicate my case. I'm sure more victims exit. Their behavior based on court documents are criminal acts, based on GREED and off the scale, below standards it's unexcusable they intentionally damaged my DIVORCE case because of a FURNITURE CLAIM ($30,000.00 SETTLEMENT) marital property. 1/3 of Norman money was at stake.
 
I'm legally all messed up as far as justice in a divorce I just want to save the next consumer from having their life "SHATTERED" I was not given the opportunity of fairness within the courts. They snatched my legal rights away to a fair trail here in Michigan. Please find your self a attorney who has your interest first and not how BIG and LONG is your pockets.

December 24, 2012 I got approved for emergency relief with my electric bill. I explained to the case worker it was Norman Robiner and Nadine Koppin FRAUD in court documents and continuous lying to me THEIR COVER-UPS that helped my ex walk away from his responsibilities out of 18 years of marriage. 

Protect your legal rights to justice DON'T retain, nor trust scammer/attorney Norman Robiner, $$$$WARNING CONSUMERS$$$$-Protect yourself, protect your case, protect your money. Once he got the money he'll find excuses why he CAN'T do the work but his office will and did commit fraud! Damaging my divorce case. 

What he was telling me to get my money and what his contract said was like night and day.

This scammer knew he wasn't going to do the divorce completion work years passed, statue of limitations passed. Norman Robiner excuses grew why their are long delays and "no proof" of his work moving my case forward in the courts.  He sat on my cases hoping I'd "forget" I gave him my money to complete my divorce.

The contract he gave me ONLY BENEFITED NORMAN ROBINER, it protects him EVEN IF HE DOESN'T DO THE WORK!

THINK HARD BEFORE, GIVING HIM YOUR MONEY and SIGNING A CONTRACT with Norman Robiner. It's a scammer delight contract 7 pages long, with legal terms only a lawyer can understand the complete language.

If I had known he had clauses in the contract that were stumping on my rights to justice in the courts STRONG ARMING THE LITTLE GUY, Meaning he doesn't have to do the work. I never would have blinked twice before rushing to get HONEST HELP from a good attorney "not affiliated" with Norman Robiner.

He and his office staff Nadine is corrupt and so is his contract.

If I can help one person from becoming vitimized tortured robbed, then my complaints on Norman Robiner and Nadine Koppin (his clerk)are worth an innocent consumer having a billion stress free days and nights.  And you will save a lot of money and time.

If you have hired him I'm recommending by good advice: Gather all information you can get a copy of court documents if any are filed by going to the court house where your case took place YOU REVIEW IT WITH people you feel comfortable trusting always get another attorney OPINION. Not every attorney charges a consultation fee. 

Norman Robiner and his clerk Nadine Koppin scamming me-I may have to file Bankruptcy.  RUINING MY DIVORCE CASE completely. Norman will lie to get my money he will lie to keep my money in his pockets. When he sees he's being exposed of SCAMMING his lyes turn into bigger lies. 

The only way you know when Norman is telling the truth is when his mouth is shut.

After repeated ongoing misrepresenting me costing me over $500,000.00 in damages he walks off as if OKAY SO WHAT it's your life ruined not his "NO MONEY BACK SCAM". I'd did better off keeping my money and not hiring him I call him the phantom attorney.

He never had a contract in May 19, 1999 when he took my divorce case nor a billing monthly statement.

He didn't have a contract for May 20, 2000 the furniture claim, nor a  monthly billing statement. ($30,000.00 settlement). He got 1/3 off settlement $10,000.00.

In 2007 he takes my $3,000.00 with a contract, that he knew he wasn't going to help me with my divorce completion.

They corrupt the legal system by long term conspiracy to "intentionally" damage, misrepresent client with holding critical information from client and lying in and out of court documents and fraudulently "altering" and submitting court documents that cause irreversible damages to client case without client knowledge. Resulting in over $500,000.00 and more in massive damages. Norman Robiner is also well known for allowing "statue of limitations" to pass with out informing client of deadline dates.  If your seeking justice in the courts FIND ANOTHER LAW FIRM I'm one of their victims they are crooks that play inhumane mind games they only want to use you up and take your hard earned money then Norman will tell you HE CAN NOT HELP YOU. I am trying to protect your rights to a fair trail and justice. No one should have to go through the hell I'm still suffering all because of years of lies, cover ups, illegal altering of documents and secrets. Then your left looking and feeling robbed in every way imaginable. A investigation on the two misconduct is long over due. In my opion they are the Bonnie and Clide in the Michigan legal profession.
