Norm's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc Unqualified pseudo-engineer sent plus Oversized boiler installed Melrose Park, Illinois

Norm's Heating of Melrose Park has been able to stay in business due to contributions to the Village slush fund and is closely related to an official.  No one can stay in business with 87 complaints with the BBB unless he is protected.

This company replaced a small boiler with a larger boiler because "that is all we had available".  They never lie about their stupid moves.

This huge boiler brought me $500 and $675. per month gas heating bills.  Later, a legitimate company evaluated the situation and gave me the bad news that the only remedy was to replace a $8,000 boiler with a $5,000 one which would give me $275. per month average bills.  My old boiler had done just that.

This miserable company had even brought portable heaters (to keep us warm while they worked on the boiler installation.  The four heaters were filthy and as God is my witness, three were broken and a cockroach crawled out of one of the broken ones.     When the installation was done, it was not the boiler did not work.  They had to call some guy from another company ! ! ! ! and this guy had the filthiest mouth, he screamed at this Norms' people, and re-piped it.   

After two weeks, I called this Norm horrid man and said you left the old boiler in pieces here.  How do expect us to pick up all this cast iron.   They would not come.  I then called the so-called engineer and threatened to expose him and to file a law suit, so he make certain they came and picked up the pieces.  I said how do you sleep at night?  He said Norm makes me put on the business card that I am an engineer.  I retorted, so you are so uneducated that you cannot find a job anywhere else,?  You are ordered to cheat people and ruin their lives, and their wallets?  

I will never cease telling friends, acquaintances and internet blogs about this Horrible shyster operation and had to suffer some burst pipes after shutting down the boiler completely and moved into my daughter's apt. during winter months.   He is totally protected, and I can only hope the IRS reads this because he needs to be audited.
