This company makes illegal telemarketing robocall calls with spoofed caller ID in violation of the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act. I am suing this company, and you should too. If you get an illegal call from this company, especially from illegally spoofed phone number 610-640-1659, call me at (((REDACTED))) for some advice.
If you get hooked into this company, they lure you in with a $50 "cleaning and inspection" ony, according to reports, to make up some bulls* story to sell you chimney services that you do not need, under the guise that it is unsafe. This is the standard MO for these sorts of chimney companies.

I did have a minor issue with North American Chimney in regards to their telemarketing practices.
I spoke to the apologetic owner who wanted sincerely to make things right. The owner is honest, and the company has integrity. Unlike some common chimney companies, which is common practice in the industry, the owner has told me that they do not lie to customers about repairs they need for their chimneys as a result of their cleaning and inspections.
The company owner also stated that all his chimney sweeps were CSIA certified for competence and business ethics.
Overall, I feel that Mr. Jarett is an honest and caring owner that wants to make things right.
