North-American Sweepstakes **FRAUD** Richmond British Columbia

As some of you have written I also received a check in the mail. I first googled the company name on the check A B A Energy Corp out of California. They are a legitimate company who is also a victim of this FRAUD. I then googled the North-American Sweepstakes and found that this same scam was ran in 2006.

I called A B A Energy and found that their banking information was stolen and checks were produced and sent out to many people all over the US. They asked that I write VOID on the check and mail it back to them. If you receive one of these checks...do not cash it just void it and send it back to the company name on the check.

For those of you who cashed the checks. If somethings sounds to good to be true it probably is. Googling is a wonderful thing!!
