North shore agency decided to send us a recovery type letter stating we owed twelve dollars with no explanation. We looked them up on the rip off site and find we are not alone!!!

How can this company ever be stopped??? They have the ability to hurt someones credit that we work hard to keep in good standings?? Should I pay this B.S. just to protect our FICO score or will they figure a good sucker and keep sending more??

There are laws they are required to follow and steps YOU HAVE TO TAKE to make sure they are not illegally collecting a debt that you do not owe.

You can sue for violations - but YOU have to be involved.
