We have been doing this for 10 years we have funded and leased out over 2000 trucks, Our business is very clear we are looking for people to take over truck payments from others who cannot the payments.

We detail in writing all items that will will need below before a client sends any cash. In the case of customers who filed this report they failed to provide us with a hauling comtract that shows exactly what they will make a mile or per load. The agreement they sent was hand written on one page.

The bank statements showed not enough cash at end of month to even make one weekley payment of $400.  Other Lease companies / financial insitstutions would not accept these items either. Your mortage company wants to prove income and work history and that is what these items do for us. We are looking for people who we can work with for the next 24 months since we give you a truck and can take anywhere in the US.  

Lastly we do what we say and what we have detailed in writing, The documents clearly show that once you send the signed docs that there are some non -refundable fees. We need a average $3600 to get in to the truck yet we only ask for $750 when you sign as a good faith depoist.

2. ❏ Hauling Contract with phone number to verify employment
3. ❏ Copy front and back of Driver’s License
4. ❏ Signed Original Documents with Thumb Print
5. ❏ CERTIFIED FUNDS (Certified Check, Money Order) for Advance Payments
6. ❏ Proof of Business (DBA, LLC, a Schedule C)
7. ❏ Verify 6 personal references (with docs)
8. ❏ Copy of latest 2 YEARS personal and business taxes
9. ❏ Proof of Residency (copy of utility bill in applicants name)
10. ❏ Copy of last month’s Cell phone bill (all pages)
11. ❏ Completed ACH Form with original Voided Check from Business Checking Account
12. ❏ *Copy of insurance for FULL VALUE with NORTH SOUTH LEASING as ADDITIONALLY INSURED AND LOSS PAYEE (*Insurance not due until the date you pick up the equipment)
