 matt sapien, salesman for northstar alarm services came to our door and said northstar had purchased vivint alarm. he sold us a new system by deciet and deception. this is not true as we found out later. the sneak of a  thief posted 4 outdoor signs  and later returned under the cover of darkness and took two back. he also stated in his sales pitch that he was a former employee of vivint, which was a lie.  he said he would notify vivint our bank not to deduct vivint any longer as northstar would do it, which was a lie. this did not happen as the bank deducted 2 months before we got it cancelled. after contacting northstar 3 times by letter filing the complaint and asking for a reply and explanation it was ignored. they stoop to a new low when it comes to customer service.
