North Star Financial ripoff- dishonest - credit card scheme- Company fraudulent PhoenixPhoenix Arizona

I was called an offerd a credit card with a $2,000 limit. I was advised of the fee which could be paid in one month. The fee was $199. I was told prior to taking the money I would receive a reminder and if and the paperwork if I wished to cancel ahead of time. I never received anything and the took the money from my bank. The worst of it I did not give them the whole account number and they were stillable to get the money from my bank. I called on numerous occassion and told them I wanted my money back they states my account would be credited by the end of the week. The money never got there. I kept calling and was told the same thing. I did not wait I reported them to the Phoenix Better Business Bureau. After some months the BBB responded that the company did not respond. I looked them up on the website for the Better Business Bureau and it states the company is out of business and left numerous unanswered complaints. This is a case of Caveat Emptor ( or Buyer Beware).The worst of it I contacted my bank for help and they are not helping even though the BBB website states to get your bank to help with. Now, when I get calls like that I immediately hang up.If anyone can help me, let me know.
