I placed an order this month w/ NorthWest Glass Company aka Chunky Glass Pipes. With several sites to chose from that sell the same or simular items, I decided to make my purchase w/ Chunky Glass Pipes because they stressed their dedication to Customer Satisfaction & I was impressed how dedicated they stated they were with consumers being pleased with their company & products.

I chose a very specific item, a heavy glass piece that had thick n' bold primary color swirls in red,green,yellow & blue,etc.

What I rec'd was a VERY cheap clear glass pipe w/ a thin red stripe,it wasn't even close to what I had ordered... but that isn't what made me angry, whay made me angry was the fact that this pipe was also defective. It has burnt bubbles all over the surface of the piece.

Remembering their satisfaction pledge, I thought I'd have no trouble at all getting the beautiful quality item I paid for & returning this cheap piece of defective trash....No such luck.... I called, the mailbox was full & could not accept any more calls...for still can't take calls (I wonder why?)

I also sent 15 emails & a hand written letter. I still have not rec'd a single reply from this company! I did not get what I paid's like buying a BMW & getting a YUGO & having the company not even have the common courtesy to return a email.

This company is beyond unprofessional, they are scam artists plain & simple and should not be allowed to be in business, especially over the internet.

I have seen complaint about this "business" on several other websites..I wish I saw those sites before I purchased the item. This is consumer fraud. I am going to contact my credit card company & dispute the payment since I did not receive what I ordered..why should I pay for it, I don't even have it?

You can't accept an order & just send whatever you want to the customer,then ignore them. BOOO!

I have never had such a bad experience w/ a online purchase.

Avoid this company like the plague!

I order a glass blunt from your website Greg on 7/07/2012 it is now 07/17/2012. Wondering what's going on here you should include a bubbler for the long wait. ;)

Your package was return because what you sent was not what I ordered. It was shipped to me from a UPS store and that is where it was returned.

This guy believes he's a real life gangster, connected to the Costra Nostra. He is dillusional and needs to be evaluated by a mental health professional. I will post his emails tome so everyone can see how unstable this guyis. His kids were taken from him. That should show what type of person thisguy is. I will post more info. Including his whack-a-doodle emails stating he is the head of "the mafia"

Damon you have slandered my business and I will be pursuing litigation against you for filing bogus claims and slandering our business. Anyone who wants to join, just drop me an email.

Ive said it before. No way could we get away with ripping people off for 12 years. We have had the same credit card processor the whole time. Think they would allowus to rip people off? If you had to think about that, your not to bright.

These reports are damaging to our reputation, and it really isnt fair. Its so easy to file a complaint. But when people receive their items they never go back and update the fact that were not ripped off. Not one! This is why our rep is tarnished. We have never ripped off anyone EVER!!! And its not fair to have this hanging above our heads.

Now people order, find this and freak out and post their own report. Sometimesthey do itthe same day thatthey placed theirorder. How can you consider yourself ripped off if it hasnt been twenty four hours since you placed your order.
