RUN AWAY!!!!! Run away from Northcutte Appraisers Inc, those people are not qualified to do any appraisals. A friend of mine from Beverly Hills had hired them to do an appraisal, thank god he double checks everything and got a 2nd opinion. After getting a 2ndopinion he didnt know who was wrong and got the 3rd opinion. As it turned out northcutte appraisers inc gave the wrong appraisal amount in order for their people to buy his property about 30% cheaper than it was really worth. Here is how the SCAM works: they will appraise your property they will feel you out during the appraisal to see if you know anything or not, then they will try to convince you that your property is worth a lot less than it really is so that there people can come-in and this is all done really quickly and purchase it for a lot less than its really worth Do yourself a favor and RUN from this place

The "a friend of mine" was fishy enough but after the "third appraisal" I was convinced of a false report. Why not accept the second appraisal?

I received this threathening e mail from Michael Soloveyapz777@gmail.com, customer service rep at ALL PC ZONE :
