Daily calls for the last three weeks, on a debt that is very old. Called ignorant when I asked what it was about, and their address. Collector demanded that I supply him with my debit card right now!!! I said no way, are you crazy? Then collectors says I'm gonna call you every morning at 8 am. Are you gonna pay this now? I said no and hung up. When the call comes in its a recording, press 9 to connect. Next time they call I'm going to press 1 constantly like someone else suggested. I'm so tired of these ignorant s****.>

Update Sent cease-comm letter
AUTHOR: Jennifer - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, September 08, 2005
Sent cease-comm letter from the Bud Hibbs website. This one is the best resource to fight back against unscrupulous people that work for slimeball companies. It should get there within a few days, hopefully it will cease the calls. I also wrote a letter to the origianal company after I found their address for a request for proof and find out what is an acceptable settlement. To all those others struggling with harassing phone calls and just can't take anymore of their garbage, go to the Budd Hibbs web site, copy and paste the sample of the cease communications letter. Send by certified mail, so they can't claim that they didn't recieve it. Keep a log of when they call, and call or email the FTC, FCC, BBB, Attorney Generals etc.
