Northeast Limousine Service ripoff Bad service bad equipment bad tires Oneida New York

My husband and I booked Northeast Limousine service in January for our June wedding. We were promised the sky and recieved the pavement. The limo driver showed up on time and that was the best part of our service. The day happened to be about 85-90 degrees. So myself, my parents and the bridal party decided to leave the house a little early and have the limo drive us around for awhile as it would be air conditioned. How wrong we were! There was no A/C and when I asked the driver all he said was play with the controls! Still no A/C... Well, we got to the church and had a wonderful ceremony. When the photographer asked the driver to move so that he wasn't in the picture the driver was totally rude! So we get back into the limo my husband starts trying to get the A/C to work to no avail. Drinks were limited at best and barely cold. The just married sign on the back of the limo was not provided plus many of the other amenities that were advertised... At one point on the way to the reception a friend of ours passed us (double yellow line). I later found out that he passed us because he notice the rear right tire was losing air and wanted to slow us down... Sure enough shortly after he passed us we heard noises from the back of the limo, started smelling something burning and had chunks of debris flying past my open window. The driver pulled over we had no tire left on the rim. The driver didn't know what to do and our friend said to him pop the trunk lets get this tire changed... Shortly thereafter people pulled over and offered us rides to our reception. We all left the limo... When my husband contacted the limo company they didn't want to know from nothing, they didn't care that they had left a bride, groom and wedding party potentially stranded. DO NOT use this company they do not care about anything except themselves...
