 Mike Boston is a complete rip,off artist. He also told me my 3000 square foot home would take three men no more than 6-8 hours to PACK and MOVE. Of course like the rest of you, the truck broke down so they sent an empty truck without any ID on it. They came without boxes or packing materials. They were to pack up my entire home, dishes and all. They arrived four hours later without any materials. Our closing was in three hours. Nightmare and total disaster doesn't do the situation justice. I am disabled. We had to bring in 6 volunteers and also pay two contractors to help. His three men did lift items into the truck all day bc the truck had no ramp. Nothing was wrapped or protected and so many things got damaged I can't even begin to list them. We were not given a receipt and the job was never completed. I felt awful for the poor souls working for this man. I was told " trust me we move people all over the country". When we complained he told me I had a problem with black people touching my precious items" yet he didn't know we are a bi racial family! It was so absurdly offensive. He's stupid rebuttal above is what he tells us all. He can't help it, trucks break, etc, etc..... All lies. My estimate was $575 to move two doors down and not one thing was put together. No boxes, nothing. Some plastic wrap that even then the movers dragged and ripped items and damaged wood, material, etc. I beg you all to complain to the BBB, DOT And file a claim. U can not let this person continue to scam others. He's a bottom feeder and he knows it. My only solace is that I know some how, someday what goes around comes around. That's karma. Do not use this company. All these reports are so similar bc he's rehearsed his rip off scam a million times. That pretty picture on the website with the truck and the boxes.......none of it exists. Oh and the credit card machine doesn't work apparently either so they demand cash and leave without giving you a receipt. Very crafty.
