Northern Glories/ Kool Kennel AKA James/Pat Kool My family and I was was mislead after paying a 440.00 deposit for a pup not even born yet,we were told we could pick a male non 2 blue eyed ,for the price of 895.00 and adopt for free a adult female which they wanted to spay before she leaves the kennel.We were told that we would be choosing a pup from two litters ,just in case the original litter didnt have a male non 2 blue eyed.but we had to ask if the litters were born ,by emeil,and they responded by saying the litters were born a few days ago,wow,and we had already sent 440.00 deposit towards a pup.Yet we had to contact them about any litters being born yet. because they dont refund.they are horrible.their customer service is deplorable.I wouldnt reccomend them to my worst enemy.You see their website RUN.....thank you Lansing Michigan

 Hello to All,My family and I payed a 440.00 deposit for upcoming litters of malamute/husky pups.The total we were told we would have to pay was 895.00,also we were going to adopt a senior female that they had bred,but would spay before she leaves them.Long story short,we had to contact them,by email,to find out if the litters were born,they replied saying yes both litters were born a few days ago,Im assuming June 3 or so.We recdieved no email notification ,pics or nothing,and we had to inquire to find out what we did,also they said one of the litters had only one pup,a girl.and the other litter was 7 pups,we found out a lil over 3 weeks later that ,from what they said ,after we sent a email cause we heard nothing and still got no pics of the pups born,that only one pup was a non 2 blue eyed pup.and we had to choose him if we wanted to still get a pup for 895.00,or else we would have to pay more than the original amount.Mind you we still saw no pics,they didnt even post any on the site.Also we were told from the beginning that there is absolutely no refunds,How are customers suppose to begin even thinking about choosing a pup when you have no pics even to work from?And we were chasing them with emails to find out whats going on.Should we have just taken what they said we had to take,or just do as we did and walk away?The aggravation was alot,and broken hearted.We wouldnt reccomend this Breeder Northern Glories to anyone.Also as of this date 06/30/2013 they still havent sent us any pics of the litters nor have they posted any on their web site.
