Come to my Shop and invite me switch to his company (Merchant services) to save money!
When he comes I say, "I have a contract with CTI leasing 4 years but I have 2 years ready" He says, "I will take care don't worry I do every thing for You"
I say, "If you can, I will switch" Because he show me how much money to save. And then He gives me the paper to sign but he doesn't give me any copy. when I ask he says, "I will send to you later on when every thing approved
Late on Jan 10 he sends Adis (work for Him) come to my shop and install new machine. I ask him, how about an old one He says, You will get a packet and mailing label to return on next week
But not like that!? End of the Month I still had to pay for the Old services with the contract is not cancelled
AND the New contract with Ian (1st National Processing and Northern Leasing) With 1st National they charge me two time money More than what he say !
I call Ian to tell him about that but he say I will Take care it for you. When I check in online banking every thing is same. I call him again. He doesn't answer. I think is had something wrong here?
I call him every day but only speak with answer machine!
I call his office they say he will be here at 5PM but when I call they is Closed? And the next statement come in I see every thing is same.
I call him but he doesn't return any call even when I have give him too many messaging. I think I have something wrong here about his Job. After that I close the account switch back to the old services Because He can't do anything For me like what he say before!
I call Norhter leasing They say they don't know that salesman? I return machine to them. After I close account, they can't take anything on my bank they call me too many times to collect money. I said sorry I don't owe you and wait to see if they sue me!
