I was a victim of Northern Leasing.I was thinking of opening an internet site and I got a telemarketing call for mastercard ,visa etc. THEY TALKED ME INTO LETTING SOMEONE JUST SPEND A MINUTE WITH ME!

They told me that I could have the machine for $49.00 a month.

A lease was never mentioned. The man was in and out of here in 20 minutes. He rushed me into signing the paperwork. He only left me a paper from his company( and it wasn't Northern leasing) He had me sign it and had his hand so I only saw the place to sign. He was a nice guy (huh!)

I hadn't even started the company , but he convinced me that I needed to start this way! I never got the paper work that said "lease". I only got the paper work from this 2nd company.(AND THEY CHARGED ME $10.00 A MONTH)

I tried to cancel it but to no avail. That man even called and set it up while he was here and I was stuck! They took $49.95 out of my account for almost 2 years. I finally sent the equipment back and changed banks, but then I got nasty letters . I told them I never used the machine.

They said it was too bad ..I should have read the small print.How does one read the small print on a paper I never got?

I sent letters to the courts in New York and told them I was scammed. I then got letters that said JUDGEMENT!!!! Not only that but WITH INTEREST !

They said it would follow me for 20 years! I just got one the other day and the amount is now up to almost $3000.00. LETS GET A CLASS LAWSUIT...I'M GAME!!!!!!!!! HINGHAM.MA.
