Northern Leasing/LSI Leasing EVO Merchant services Credit card processing machine New York, New York

Michael Filzenger rep. for EVO Merchant services came to our business promising to save us money on credit card processing. after signing the "contract",Mr. Filzenger brought in a very old machine. While there,he said we didn't need the machine,and he would return it to Northern Leasing Systems. He never returned the machine and we are being billed monthly. Mr. Filzenger has not responded to any of our calls.

We discovered that it was more expensive than what we had. Now,Northern Leasing won't cancel our lease

(on a machine that isn't in our possession). after a quick internet search,I discovered that Northern Leasing (and many of their aliases) has a class action suit for doing exactly what they are doing to us. We contacted the law firm in NYC to add us to the suit. The firm can be reached @ Chittur.com. These 'dirtbags" need to be stopped!!!!! Northern Leasing constantly calls us threatening to ruin our credit if we don't buy out the cost of the machine (again,we don't have it) and the remainder of said lease. I've called them many time only to hear the same....Didn't you read the contract before you signed it? Good luck reading the thing!!!!
