I too am a victim of Northern Minerals. I in good faith placed an order for their mineral makeup and it has been four weeks now and I have not received my order.
I am out $50.00, but it is the principle of the situation. This company took my money with no intention of fullfilling the order. I have tried emailing them, calling them, and even contacted the website designer.
It was through Ashley, that I found out that the company is not ethical and was a scam. I will be filing a report with the District Attorney's office and trying to place a claim with Paypal.
Please DO NOT order anything from this company. If you have, please file a claim with the District Attorney's office.

Hey All,
I have received my order from Northern Minerals as of 11/16/05. I had received the email from Michelle letting me know that the product will be shipped on 11/06/05 and that I should have it by Saturday. Well it took an extra week, but I did receive the product.
My only suggestion is to keep sending emails demanding the product or your money. Hopefully,you will eventually get something.

Hi Angela,
I'm just curious if you ever received your product from Northern Minerals as they promised you? I'm also a victim of this company and have filed my own report on this forum...I just get nonsense from Patrick Oliphant pretending he doens't know he still owes me money...I'm just curious if anyone is receiving the merchandise they paid for months ago or any refunds.

I received an email on 11/03/2005 from a person named Michelle. Per Michelle, "company had a major virus attack and they were just picking up the pieces" they were going to ship my merchandise and I will have it by Saturday.
Since the shipping address I had on the order was my office address, I will have to update you further.
From all the other statements I have heard from others, I am not sure this is going to be true, but I will keep you posted.

I filed a 58 page complaint with the Attorney Generals office. Rec'd a phone call from their contact, if you would like the direct information you can email me at chasitysisco@yahoo.com know that this is a secondary email and will contact you after receiveing your detailed email.
I rec'd a letter from the Attorney Generals office. Once they have at least 25 or more complaints they will be able to take action!!!!
The contact was floored with NM's stats at Ebay!!!!!!! 55+ negative
I support you 100% in your choice to be disgusted at NM business ethics.
I am following through with my complaint for the mere fact that I want their CYCLE OF FRAUD to stop.
A person from Ebay just told me that last Sunday a rep. from NM said they would send her, her product that they originally didn't send by Friday,yesterday and she told me she would let me know if they did>>>> and today is Saturday??!!! I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HER YET?
I encourage anyone both positive and negative to post their comments and concerns.
Note that the other stories the Representative of Northern Minerals is telling potential customers is that the Ebay Store is not related to the new Online Store??!!!?? Even though the contacts ARE THE SAME PEOPLE??? Hmmmmmmmmmm

In Ebay currently there are a lot of Great Mineral Suppliers that are worth serving you!

Hey All,
I don't know if this means anything, but I was able to look up Northern Minerals on the Alaska Government Website and was able to get information on their Business License. What I found intersting was that their business License was just issued as of 10/24/05 using Northern Minerals, LLC as the owner.
Does this mean that there were operating their business without a business license? I dont't know if this means anything or where else to search for more information. Any susgestions?
