Northside Turnkey Services/Dwayne Mayberry Manager /owner Dwayne Mayberry dba North side Turnkey Services Dishonesty/deceiving/adding on material but cannot produce receipts that he claim to have purchased, breach of contract by not providing the service he agreed too, lied about his crew of people regardings time to start work daily and lied about his crew being at the work site daily until job was finished. houston Texas

 He did not have a legitimate professional crew of people to do a professional service when I emailed and asked him to come by my home to see the work that had been done he agreed and stated that he will be fining his crew for not cleaning up behind themselves, so I asked him if he could guarantee me again like he did when I signed the contract with him, if he could guarantee a cre that would be at my home to do a professional job where the walls will not show tape and the lines where the sheetrock was prepared. If he could get some one to come clean up the putty and dust from the floors he said he would. this job was to be completed on 9/29/2017, then the completion date extended to 10/3/2017.

when he said they would paint the walls as well but the initial work had not been completed or even close. From ny experience with this man and his company, it appears that he does not have people who really specialize in the services he states that his company provides and that he get people form the street corner work force and bring them to your home. The very first day after hiring this company his crew came to my home and stay an hour left and did not show the following day, I called Dwayne Mayberry to ask why and he stated that the truck motor blew up.

I called Dwayne Mayberry dba Northside Turnkey Services to inquire about when the work would be done and he asked me to pay him $2,000. so he could make payroll, but whenever I pointed out to him about how his people were not showin up he would " I am not making any money on this job, I usually do jobs tha pay 30. thousand of 70 thousand dollars". I t is a shame that this man handled me this way and I will pray for him that he does the right thing and pay me my money back, or at least half of it cause my husband and myself along with second baptist church gutted my whole house downstairs all his people was suppose to do was honor his contract timely and install sheetrock ,tape float and texturize professioanlly insulation, instal door casing and baseboards and he did not do that.

Now we are having to pay another company to go in and repair our home professionally . From this experience with this Dwayne T. Mayberry dba Northside Turnkey Services I can truly say he is a rip off to me and owes me money for a job he never completed . I would not recommend his company to any one and I will also let home depot know about this experience and pleae dont believe the hype about a company rated 5 stars, this company is 0 stars and I have pictures, text messages, and emails and copies of contracts to show for proof, he and his so call crew of workers have no integrity, they steal little things they think you wont miss, and he never put in any door casing in my home , they left a big hole in my door frame, which should have been replaced if they are repairing damage instead of saying his cre did not do it. Really horrible services. Sincerely the truth
