northstar financial they automatically withdrew $249 from our account & I havn't received anything they keep telling me to wait 2 more weeks! phoenix arizona

back on october 19th i permitted northstar financial to withdrawl 249.00 dollars from me and my wifes account for an unsecured creditcard needless to say they told me id recieve some form that i need to sign for confirmation before i would receive my card. 2 and 3 weeks went by without nothing in the mail and me still short 249.00 dollars!

i called them and they told me there must have been a problem in the mail somewhere so they said they'd send out another form. again nothing. i called again they said they sent it but they'll send another one and we would receive it around christmas time again nothing came in the mail, wrecking my holiday for my wife and my 2 sons!

i called on the 2nd of january and they told me wait another 2 weeks and you should have it. so for anyone who's looking for a fast way for help in getting on your feet avoid NORTHSTAR FINANCIAL. they'll do to you what they did to me take ME to the bank !
