Northwest Management Exclusive, Inc Scamming to get more money from ex tenants Vancouver, Washington

Be careful renting from these people. It doesn't matter if you even write it down on you move in sheet they will still charge you for it. I lived in one of their houses for 4 years. When I moved out they charged me for stuff I had on my move in sheet and my yearly inspections. They even charged me for stuff that wasn't even there. I am so angry and I want everyone to know this place is out to get money. When I moved out I got a bill from them. I had 30 days to protest it and I did. I sent three letters in the 30 days telling them how I did not do the damaged they supposedly are accusing me of.  I requested copies of my move in sheet, yearly inspections and copies of the original receipts of the stuff they bought for this place and charging me for. Plus after thirty days she turned it into collections knowing I was fighting it. It didn't matter what I asked for she didn't care.

I was charged for upgrades of window coverings, that were fine just dusty and they were so cheap (plastic) that they supposedly fell apart when they cleaned them so they replace them with metal blinds. Plus the one in the master bedroom was old to begin with when we moved in and it had paint on it. It was noted on my move in sheet and the inspections. They also charged me to replace the screens on the outside of the windows. This was also noted in the move in sheet and inspections that they were damage before moving in and also I have pictures of them damaged before I moved in.

They are charging me for a nicked kitchen sink which was nicked before we moved in and they covered it up with paint and the paint wore off by the time we moved out. They charged me for doorstops that where never there and to top it off they bought more and charged me then there are even doors for.  The closet doors where installed wrong and was noted several times in the inspections which they never fixed. So I removed the doors so they wouldn't get damaged. They are charging me for that.

When we moved in the carpet was badly stained and I was fine with it because my couch would cover it. But they charged me for two trips to the dump which I feel I am only responsible for one of them because of a couch and some boxes I left in the garage. I feel they replaced the carpet and the vinyl flooring and that was their second trip to the dump.  They charge me 20 dollars to go to the store that was a half a mile away. They charged me to do the yard (front and back) The house sat empty for a month in a half. Of course the yard needed worked on and plus they charge me for bark dust which doesn't state anywhere in my lease I had to put that in the gardens.

To top it off I moved out the end of February and didn't hear from them until the second week of May, which in the lease it states they have 14 days to notify me. There are so much more they are charging me for that is so unfair. They know that I can't afford a lawyer. They upgraded this place so they could hike up the rent at my expense.  Please be careful!!!!
