 OMG. Went to NWMS for a low priced 2012 toyota Rav4, I saw in the internet, but after seeing the car, it was dirty, had a poor paint and was smelling cigarettes. A salesman showed me around and saw a 2007 mazda Cx7 and told me the price was $11,000, mileage was 69,000 miles. Paid a $3,500 down, and boughthe a GAP insurance $ 895 and warranty $2,400 for 36 months. The balance was paid by my finance, Denali credit union all given by the NWMS. After driving for 1,000 miles, I was rear ended and my car was a total. My insurance paid the so called market value of $8,900, and the balance was to be paid by gap. I lost my $ 3,500 deposit/down money, the warranty sent me a cheque of $2,200 refund which was after two days revoked it, and the Gap insurance paid only $619 leaving me to pay the balance, and loosing all my loan contributions that I paid since my car was totaled in August. This company and it's associates are arip-off. Somebody help please. I cab get a are due to the bad credit they put on me coz of taking 5 months to pay, no money an still paying for a totalleday car
