Northwest Stormwater Management and the owner davis A Clark, have been placed in collections for a debt owed to my client. Case # 435.419, in the amount of $955.12 + fees. David has refused to respondf wqith payment, he has lied about payment p[lans, and refused to respond. I am now warning other vendors of this scam company. They will steal your prodict and refiuse to respond. My client ios owed money for thier paving services rendered. If they also owe you money Contact ACI-collect.com, (((phone number redacted)))
