 My payment was received on 12/23/2013. Contract stated I would get Silver within 30 days. Joke ! Rec'd a notice (on 2/7/2014)that my order would be delayed an additional 30 days. Was told that i cannot get a refund. Had to sell my order back to these PARASITES at current Market Prices which lead to a $ 795.12 LOSS from initial Purchase order. Stay away from these Parasitic W****s !!!! It's a shame that the Attorney Generals Office in Washington State is soo Lax in Enforcement. Adjudication is coming!!!!

Just as someone here to research this company before making a purchase, it is pretty obvious to me that this last statement was written by and employee of NWTM.  This goes to show a lot about the companies attitude about thier customers.  When people pay for something in full then they do expect to get it within a reasonable amount of time.  This is the way it works.  Obviously this company feels that thier customers are merely children and should just shut up and do as thier told and put up with what ever this company wants to do with thier cusomers hard earned money.  It seems to me that this company will be out of buisness very soon with an attitude like this.

Wow! That is unbelievable-they tried to run the same game on me and I DID report them to every organization they are a member of and within 4 hours my order was on its way to me-

STAY AWAY from these ripoff artists-I will NEVER even think of doing business again with these clowns

 So what you are saying is that YOU got tired of waiting and decided to sell it back to them ACCEPTING the loss. Thats not a ripoff. Thats the choice you made because YOU were tired of waiting. Im sure they had a valid reason for the delay, but YOU just didnt want to wait. Its not a ripoff AGAINST them when you do it to yourself. You could have waited and then sold it at a later date but you did not. No AG is going to prosicute THEM for YOUR choices. The law doesnt work that way.

Its more of a shame that you couldnt just wait. And you should be ashamed. Ashamed that you ACCEPTED a loss. Ashamed that you choose to blame someone else for your descions. And ashamed that you have made a fake report against a business BECAUSE of your choices. YOU accepted the loss. YOU could have waited. You did not wait and NOW blame them for what you have done. Classic sociopathic behaviour.
