NorVergence is a waste of time, energy and hard-earned money! Rip-off! Newark New Jersey

We are one of the NorVergence/Commerce Commercial Leasing victims. For those of you in Maryland, did you know that NorVergence wasn't even licensed to do business in this state until February 2004. So wouldn't you think that any documents executed prior to their licensing date would be invalid?

We have filed formal complaints with everyone: MD Public Service Commission, MD Attorney General's Office, Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau. Strange but I have called both Pennsylvania and Maryland's Department of Assessments & Taxation, Corporate Charter Division and neither has any record of Commerce Commercial Leasing, LLC being licensed to do business in either state.

We were never live with NorVergence. Apparently per one of the executive staff members I spoke with during our 7-month ordeal to attempt to get phone service, we "fell between the cracks". Thank God for small miracles. Two weeks ago, I packaged the magical "Matrix" box and returned it overnight delivery to CCL but still get harrassing calls from offering new providers that are capable of connecting to the Matrix. Hello, I sent it back to you already. No thanks, not interested!

By the way, if you have had the opportunity to peruse the NorVergence bankruptcy documents on-line you will notice that one of the 3 original creditors bringing an involuntary petition against NorVergence was Partners Equity Capital Company, LLC (at the same address and suite # as Commerce Commercial Leasing, LLC). The web of intrigue continues...
