I am a former employee-screening manager of norvergence. Everything I have read at this site regarding the corruptive and dishonest practices of this company does not suprise me and absoulutely reinforces my decision of resignation. I have filed a claim with the labor board to reclaim commissions that norvergence failed to pay. Has anyone out there done the same and if so have you received any monetary compensation??

I know it is a lengthy process yet I am striving for some kind of reassurance that this company will pay what is owed. I realize that I am probably grasping at straws and will never see a penny based on the integrity of this "company". Anyhow if anyone would like to respond I would greatly appreciate your input.
