After delivery, paid in full and was supposed to reimburse me the $4.00 and the driver told me the office would forward the money as he did not carry cash on him. To date, after numerous attemps, have not received a dime back. I would like to be reimbursed.
Norwich Discount Oil after delivery paid in full (cash only as requested from the company) and the driver told me he did not have cash to reimburse me the $4.00 and told me the office would forward the money to me, after numerous attempts, nothing resolved to date of the money. Please help in reimbursement. Thank you.
