The North Carolina Secretary of State Notary Enforcement Division Corruption Warning.  Ozie Stallworth with the NC Notary Enforcement Division is commiting fraud.  Anyone who is a notary will need to read this.  As a former emplyee, I witnessed Ozie Stallworth, Beverly Champion, and General Cousel Ann Wall reprimand a notary on fabricated basis.

Ozie Stallworth, Director of the Notary Enforcement division has a history of failing to due his job duties and has scated by for many years.  Stallworth receives cases to review and neglects to review said cases and finds himself in a position where he lies, cheats and steals.  Meaning, Ozie Stallworth rather go on a witch-hunt with the High School graduate Beverly Champion and terminate an employee on false pretenses.  Both, Champion and Stallworth conspired to terminate an employee on the above stated basis.

Secretary of State Elaine Marshall was notified and REFUSES to move forward on the allegations.  Marshall finds it easy to enforce corruption on others but looks the other way when it comes to her own agency.
