we purchase from above company 20 Units of SONY VAIO VPC-F115FM/B brand New Original Box. To be shipped by FEDEX to our logistics in Jabal Ali Hellmann World Wilde Logistics LLC.

we confirm stock and sent him money the week after while we have been checking his company registration and TAX paper,

we made the payment 24th of August, he got the money 26th same month ( 2days) we got the stock 2nd of September in Jabal Ali Free Zone.

After inspection we find that the stock is refurbished , scratched , moreover brown box we knew it after we made our TT, HE MENTIONED IN HIS PROFORMA THAT THE STOCK IS BRAND NEW , ORIGINAL BOX!

We tried the solve the problem by contacting him and explaining the damage & loss Value , or at least to send Credit Note while solving the cash issue, NO way for sure.! He is always avoiding and promising , and giving the responsibilities to his supplier or SONY, again we tried to help him in his problem, but no way.

We dont recommend working with this company, we open a report in Jabal Ali Free Zone police station, HELLMANN,
