The problem with "fine" print...

That's like listening to a car salesman pitching to you and as he walks away he says "plus dealer fees" so make sure you hear everything he says! Fine print is nothing more than a company's "deceptive" way of hooking you into a deal (taking the bait) and then making good on the "fine print" (taking more of your money in a deceptive way). If they are such a reputable company why make that IMPORTANT imformation so small to begin with??? If should be right up front and visible to the consumer making the purchase period!!! If you have to put that kind of information in fine print then your company is doing nothing more than using deceptive practices for monetary gain while making victims out of their consumers! That's not how I would do business with my customers!

So what you are telling the entire web is that YOU DID NOT READ!!! If you had indeed read the fine print which was offered to you not just once but twice, you would have seen WHAT you were getting yourself into. YOU ASSUMED and DID NOT read the link provided to YOU and YOU just hit 'Agree" to he terms of service. All YOU can do is CANCEL the card you used and get a new one. In the future I would suggest that YOU refrain from ordering ANYTHING online unril YOU have read ALL of the fine print. Otherwise you will continue to face these types of issues where YOUR IGNORANCE is going to cost you.
