Nouveau Tranquille unauthorized bank and credit card charges Santa Ana Nationwide, California

 I ordered Nouveau skin care serum and Tranquille cream online. It was advertized, FREE, just pay shipping and handling. I recieved the products and was impressed. Then I get a charge on my debit card for $89.75! I did not order anything else from this company.

I called the phone number displayed on my bank statement. (888)556-2945 UT  The lady that answered the phone started talking to someone else and I heard her say, "Look at this one, the account was cancelled and...then I was put on hold. The representative informed me of a 14 day trial period and said I did not cancel within the 14 days. I told her that I just heard her say my account was cancelled. She informed me that was a mistake but could not do anything about the $89.75 charge.
