I was contacted by this company because of some back tax issues, I have been dealing with. I spoke with numerous people before I was put on with this, Dion, whom claimed to be the Director. I spoke with Dion for sometime, before I realized that there where to many dishonest statements with what he was telling me, it seemed like this just to make a quick sell. I started to ask certain questions about my issue and all this man could say is, I needed to hire a lawyer,

I only had 5 more days before my bank accounts would be levied, and the IRS would show up with a lock for my doors. I felt like I was push in a corner, so I told Dion to follow back up with me in a day or two, so that I could do some research on this company to possibly hire them, he then proceeded to tell me I really needed to get my priority's strait, and that the offer for help would not stand, if I did not sign today, I then told Mr. Dion to have a nice day and he replied "f*cking c*nt".  I really feel, that this is unacceptable and would not conduct business with this firm.

An Urgent Response to Betty

AUTHOR: Louis Caleca - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 29, 2012

Dear Betty:

My name is Louis Caleca, President of Nova Financial Group. As an Owner, and one of Nova's lead Attorneys, I can assure you that the behavior you described in your post is NOT acceptable or tolerated at our company. We have launched an immediate investigation into this incident, and I personally assure you that appropriate action will be taken against any employee who behaves in the manner you described.

On a personal note, I would like to extend a sincere apology. All of our Clients find themselves in difficult positions with the taxing authorities- as you described in your post. Our goal is to offer assistance to these individuals through effective, professional representation. Over the past 3 years, we have built our company on this Client centered, results driven philosophy. There is simply no place in this company for the behavior you experienced, and again, I apologize for it.

I do a significant amount of Pro Bono, or free, work for my Clients. I would like to extend this offer to you as well- please contact me at 800-337-9629, x. 304. I will personally handle your case, free of any charge, on the IRS matters you described above.  Even if you decide not to take advantage of my offer of Free Representation on your tax matter, I ask that you contact me to provide information about when this conversation with my employee took place. I have researched my telephone records for the past 90 days, and have found no incoming or outgoing calls to Missoula, Montana or the surrounding ares. You took the time to draft this article about my company, I am only asking that you take a small amount of additional time to help me investigate the matter so I can correct it.

I again apologize for your experience and look forward to the opportunity to correct this matter in any way I can. Thank you,

Louis Caleca
President
Nova Financial Group, Inc.
