Nova merchant service/northen leasing Cheat lie frauds ralegh North Carolina

Nova agent Travis Blount(sounds like it may not be real name) came to my store few times, offered loweres rate for credit card process( they said it to everybody). he also offer a free card machine, he said I have to use their machine to get better rate ( lie started). he also offer month to month contract which sounds like give us flexibilit. All sounds are great. On the day of singing contract, he pointed out some part of paper -- rate. Month to month. We feel good, then signed all papers. important : he work only for nova.  Few days latter, northen leasing sent us paper and machine,showing 4 years contract,no cancelation in any situation. We shocked and callEd Travis immediately. He said that low rate connected with leasing. I asked do you work for nova and northenn leasing? He said work for nova. I told him cancel all service because he lie to me. He said ok but never do anything.  I started call his manager David Anthon, then sent cancelations notice. result is. I have to pay 584.40 cancelation fee with nova. Pay 4 year leasing fee for northen leasing. 

I asked every nova employee, Travis , josh,David , do you work for northen leasing ? Answer is no.  Why you gave me northen leasing paper to sign without telling me ? no answer.they advise me: make sure pay leasing fee each month for 4 years . If not , bad credit report. 

All thing is lie cheat fraud.
