I too have been scammed by this company. This company has caused alot of contractors to have to file bankruptcy.
Their only response, when they bother to respond, is that they never received the completed workorders and had to send another contractor out. This is what they are telling most, if not all of their contractors in hopes of not having to pay for the work that was performed.
They have also tried to blame this on Bank Of America, saying that there was a huge problem with the BAC server and all paperwork and photos were lost. That does not explain the other workorders that were not BAC properties.
These people are liars and absolute crooks. They have burnt alot of people. Stay far away.

I too have been ripped off by NOW Properties

We are receiving the same type of response from NOW Properties when I email them regarding their nonpayment. They are the worst excuses and total and complete lies!!! I contacted OCWEN/ALTISOURCE, the client of theirs that we completed work for, and they stated that they have already paid out to NOW, and that it is our problem to try to collect cause they can't pay out twice. They also told me that they hadn't received photos, documents, etc. on orders that we had completed a few months prior to speaking with them...WTF!!! We all need to get together and take these guys down!
