I see many reports about NRG Binary not processing withdrawls. I am another victim. This has been going on for weeks, and like others, they kept asking me to send the necessary ID documents. I initally sent all the documents required when I first opened the account ages ago, and have sent them again twice, the utility bill they requested I sent three times. I informed them that I was going to contact the Ripoff Report and I received an email the next day saying that the compliance department had approved my withdrawl. This was not a coincidence that it happened as soon as I informed them about contacting the Ripoff Report. Having said that, I received that email on the 24th April 2014 and have not heard anything since, that was 10 days ago. I have informed them that I will use every medium possible to warn people of their unscrupulous business practices (and I will), but have heard nothing since. I urge everyone to warn as many people as they can using facebook, twitter etc. so more people don't get caught by this company. They are very quick to take your money and use pressure sales to try to get you to deposit even more money but they will not give your money back. I would also urge people to contact all the Binary Option scam websites to report this company's practices.

To all concerned 

I did not have issues with NRG Binary I was just emailed by NRG Binary and I was looking them up when I found this.

I had issues with 2 other binary option brokers and that lasted weeks until I got down right nasty with them and they finally sent my money to me however, I continued to search for the correct agancy to lodge a complaint against the unregulated binary option brokers. I found this agency and anyone who is going through any kind of issue with these fraudulant fly by night thieves are instructed to contact IC3.gov

this agency is working with and under the FBI and they specifically target these companies that are robbing you of your money. you need to be aware that if you funded the account with one of these binary option brokers with a credit/debt card you have 120 working days to get the money put back on the card. if you fail to get funds placed back on the card within the 120 days then it becomes next to impossible to do so afterwards. Credit card companies instill this rule in their terms and agreement conditions and are reluctant in continuing with the reimbursment process. IC3.gov

file your complaint and they will begin their investigation as well as contact the proper agency in the country that the binary broker is in.  you will not be notified of anything pretaining to the investigation but rest assure that something will be done about it so it doesn't continue to happen to the next sucker who falls for this get rich quik B.S scam.  I was one of them luckily I got my money back. and I hope you do as well
