The calls you will receive from the NSBA are done by a telemarketing company named Direct Contact Media, whose CEO is a well-known San Diego businessman named Michael Holleran. I looked up Michael Holleran in San Diego and this is what a social page had to say about him..
"Michael Holleran made his millions the old fashioned way, he earned them. Holleran is the lead marketing genius behind MBNA, the huge company behind every credit card, branded company's like the NFL, and a whole lot more in financial services."
How do I know I have the correct Michael Holleran? I did a little research...

Now, being the CEO of this rip-off company whose SOLE mission is to con you out of your $149.95 enrollment fee and $349.95 "refundable" membership dues; Let's use "earned all his money" loosely, shall we!
The COO of the company is Raymond Longino and he is there on a day-to-day basis managing and directing all of this companies cons! My, My Mr. Longino how do you sleep at night?
Of course we are being taken for our money because there is no one there to monitor calls. This company has no quality control. Oh, they claim that they "monitor" the words of their employees, but I have it from former employees that this is not the case at all. They are encouraged to sell, sell, sell and to make it worth their while are given spiffs (which the employees rarely see anyway).
When a telemarketer receives a call from a current member, (and by current member I mean current victim) asking "Where are my materials or "CREDIT CARD - yeah the credit card they con you on... when it's a credit line NOT CARD" they'll say, Sorry you have to call customer service (who by the way never answer!! and the reps in sales know this) What amazes me is that their management is just as corrupt as most of it's telemarketers. These telemarketers are paid $8.00 per hour, $10.00 if they show up to work at least 32 out of the 37 hours they are required to work and $12.00 an hour if they FOLLOW THE SCRIPT!! They are then paid $20.00 per sale over their weekly quota plus their spiff (again that spiff is rarely seen.)
I can bet if letters and e-mails are being sent to Michael Holleran instead of this Dennis Mario that is never even seen - there would be a lot more refunds. I think Mr. Holleran has a reputation to protect and I don't think the social circles he pals around with would appreciate his companies business practices or the bad press it would bring around them. Maybe a letter to the Rancho Santa Fe newspaper or San Diego Union Tribune, I-Investigate or Turko Files??
Also, if you're thinking about working for this company -please check your integrity. Besides, I hear their paychecks are always bouncing - need proof? Ask the check cashing establishments in that area.
