I believe your actions are improper and unjustified in denying me payment or reimbursement of the money I have invested. You are looking for any excuse not to pay what is owed. I am due the January payment immediately and February payment by the end of the month though you changed the initial payment date from the 15th of each month. You stated I was in violation of the contract by not taking 2 quizzes. This was mainly due to the fact that I could not reach you with questions I had; however, I immediately reviewed the videos and took the quizzes. You then informed me that I would receive payment. This was PRIOR to the Wednesday night call of 2/10/2010 by at least 4 days. You stated that I had violated NSI policy and contract. I find this to be extremely difficult since I was never given any policy in which I could violate. As I have told you before and still insist, your contract is very vague and I do not see where I am in violation.
Your very loosely written contract states that I authorize NSI Business Solutions, Inc., to have access to personal and credit information on me and to debit my credit card for the amount of $9,100.00. In return for this I would receive referrals to creative loan specialists and would work with personal trainers that have reached a seven figure income. Your contract clearly states that "ONLY SELECTED INVESTORS ARE INVITED. THIS IS A STUDY GROUP WITH THE INTENT TO BUY AND SELL REAL ESTATE. Nowhere in this contract does it state that I am one of the selected investors or part of the study group. I was never told I was part of this group nor was I ever put in contact with any loan specialists or personal trainers. I received a copy of said contract on 5/29/09. I was then e-mailed 3 WebEx recordings of various training articles but informed you I was unable to open them. I notified you on more than one occasion of this issue without response.
As I told Hugh at the time he contacted me and you later, that I was in my 60's, on disability for panic and anxiety attacks and had a very, very limited income. There was notice given about a 30 day plan with call in numbers, which I called as soon as I could. The WebEx recordings I was sent could never be opened and I advised you of this. At no time did I receive any instructions on how to access. This venture was not going well and in July I was contacted by Hugh who said he thought I would do better by joining IdealHealth which was to become the Trump Network. I finally agreed to invest $1,800.00 to buy the Trump leader kits which was 6 starter marketing kits with additional Priva Tests. This was prior to the FastStart program. In all the phone conferences and contacts I was promised I would receive leads, assistance with leads, calls and given new leads if we kept our status with Ideal Health. None of this happened! On one call with Tina, she made several calls to prospects and got nowhere. Each week it seemed different plans were made to assist members but nothing ever came of it. After much requesting Tina sent me a list of 100 leads. I called 50 of these with no luck whatsoever. Tina later stated these were only practice leads to learn the script. I was calling weekly asking for assistance but getting nowhere and getting no down line as promised. To keep my status with IdealHealth I kept buying products on credit in the amount of $3818.76 and getting deeper and deeper in debt. Finally on 8/10/09, I packed up all my Ideal Health products and sent them back then called Tina and told her what I had done. I explained to her that I was going in debt buying products and not receiving any income and I was totally stressing out because I could get no down line to help bring in income. She convinced me to contact IdealHealth to get my products back as new leads were available as was training and assistance, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY!
September 2009, NSI started promoting the Dani Johnson seminars and I was convinced to attend one of them but at the last minute I had to cancel because I could not obtain airfare. I then found out I could not get a refund of my $297.00 from the conference but Tina said she had others who had not been able to get tickets and she was sure she could get someone to buy mine. Never happened. Then the Trump FastStart program came out and the old kits had to be sold differently if possible. I kept calling both Tina and Hugh asking for assistance after listening to the business calls where they promised we would receive Trump leads which again never happened. Excuses kept being made because of their involvement in getting started with Trump. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY ASSISTANCE WHEN ASKED FOR!
On January 11, 2010, I e-mailed Tina and Hugh asking about the real estate training videos and if it was mandatory to watch and take the tests. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. Then the training calls were changed and no longer toll free. I advised Tina I could not afford long distance and was there anyway to get copies of the calls. No Answer. I also did not receive my January check and was finally able to reach Hugh who stated the accounting department had decided not to pay since I was in violation of my contract by not taking the real estate tests. I told him I would do so immediately. This was on Feb 5, 2010, and Hugh said he would call me back on the 6th to discuss it further but he never did. I finished and submitted the quizzes over the weekend and was able to finally contact Tina who said she would see that accounting would get me a check. Below you will see documented information concerning e-mail and phone calls asking for assistance that was never answered. The NSI help line states they will get back to you within 24-48 hours again, this NEVER HAPPENED!

During the last conference call I was on what I understood to be an open conference line with at least 4 other people. I did ask one of the men how he was doing with the Trump Network and he said not so good. I asked if he had a down line and he said no then another man said the same thing. We were having a discussion of Trump Network, not NSI. We talked about leads and whether or not anyone had received any leads from you. The fractional ownership was never discussed and I didn't volunteer any information about that, only about Trump. Concerns were expressed by others, not just me and someone stated they wondered if it was a scam. Im sure many of your clients are wondering this. We discussed where Tina was, how to get on Hugh's call and what was happening with the entire process. After 15 minutes I got off the line as I was on a prepaid cell phone that was loosing power. This was a cost that I was not originally supposed to pay. Everyone that was on that line spoke about having negative things happening to them, including me. Many of the complaints and concerns were about how we were not getting any assistance or help to build up our down lines. I had no idea more people were on that line nor was it disclosed. We were just waiting for Tina or someone to come on line for the conference. If indeed you did not want us speaking to each other you should have stated so at the beginning of the call. If you didnt want negative feedback you should run your operation per your contract and agreement by calling us and helping us whenever we needed you. Hugh said that you are getting leads from Trump that are to be given to us but I haven't received even one of them and it sounded like others haven't either. The situation at hand is not my breach of contract, but your breach of contract. You have failed to return calls, help with leads, provide training, change the contract in mid-stream, etc. It is NSI's fault for not handling things properly, assisting people or having someone come on the line to explain the delay.
As I have not gotten the assistance promised by your contract and therefore you have breached this contact, I expect a refund as promised in the contract, in the amount of $10,640.00. If I don't receive this by March 1, 2010, you leave me no choice but to contact the District Attorney, Attorney General and the Trump Network.
