I have had several companies that I have done mystery shops for and this company is by far the worst. I started doing shops with NSite and realized the payments were late. I continued to do shops monitoring payments and sometimes Nsite employees would even text on my phone during my work day asking if I could possibly fit in a shops after work. I would if possible.

The downfall of this company is Robert Countryman who is the CEO and seemingly the only person behind the scene. After completing one of my many shops that were sometimes in the same location, I received a text claiming I went to the wrong restaurant. I explained that I did not go to the wrong restaurant I may have put the wrong name down but didn’t go to the wrong restaurant. I had several shops that week in the same location at several different restaurants. Robert contacted me during my workday demanding a new receipt. I no longer had the receipt. I explained I would contact the restaurant and ask for another copy which I did. However, he said he needed it at that minute and if I couldn’t provide it right then he was canceling the shop. I explained to him that I was at work that these texts are very unprofessional and I would get him the receipt when I had time.

To make a long story short he canceled the shop I was never reimbursed for that or the shop or the shop that I did the day before. He even went ahead and canceled my account without me asking. When you cancel a account you can’t see what shops you were paid for or what shops are complete or incomplete.

I contacted him one last time to see why I couldn’t log in and he explained he cancelled my account because I cancelled too many shops. This company is not worth it. There are many better companies to do mystery shops for. This man is the most unprofessional person I have dealt with. I did many shops for this company and this man single handily drove me away.

Hello Everyone,

I'd like to take a second and clear the air about this report 'Nsite Mystery Shopping Unprofessional, disrespectful, demanding, no reinbursement Minnetonka Minnesota.'

Back on September 23rd, 2016 we had to cancel this individuals' evaluation because not only did she not have the receipt but she enetered an entirely wrong restaurant on to the survey form.  She was to evaluate restaurant x but put down the name of restaurant y and did so throughout the report.  When asked for the receipt, she could not produce it which we clearly stated we needed.

After that, we had no choice but to cancel the report due to the fact we did not feel it was accurate.

Once we cancelled out the report, we entered the following into our database and this was sent to the individual: Shop is reassigned. Comments: Cancelling out ------ due to the fact she doesn't have the receipt and also entered ------- into her report rather than the correct location. This shop is highly questionable and we simply can not use it. She has been made aware. 9/23/2016 RC

At that point, she had one more evaluation to complete for our company which she cancelled and failed to mention this in her initial complaint on this site.

This makes two consecutive evaluations that were cancelled.

Our company policy is that anyone who has two or more cancellations can not work with us.

This policy is in place because we work on weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines which we must meet.

This is made clear when you sign up with our firm.

I'd also like to go on record stating that we are not a one man operation but rather multiple people and for this reason, I had to close out her account so that one of my staff members didn't go ahead and schedule her for future evaluations.

Again, this is company policy.

Overall, I feel this individual is simply upset because she can no longer work with Nsite Inc.  She has been paid for all her evlauations that she correctly performed but we are not willing to put our reputation on the line with questionable reports.
