I too was charged for a renewal I did not want. After reading a few reports, I cam across one filed January 9, 2002 titled "Kentucky -NSS Magazine Refund Solution" I called the number, per this persons advice and was promised a refund of charges within one to two billing cycles. I guess we will see.

I strongly agree that it helps to be polite. Remeber, the person you are talking to are just doing their job.
