Ntelos Ntelos Frawg wireless service Nationwide

 I have had Ntelos Frawg wireless service for several years. I recently switched phones. When my new phone was hooked up I no longer had access to my personal hotspot. I called customer service. I was told by Melissa I has to pay another $15.00 per month for a service that has always been included in my unlimited package. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold until the call cut off. I could not get an explanation as to why I have to pay extra for a service that has been included in my unlimited package the entire time I've been an ntelos customer. I had also paid my bill two days before it was due when I switched to my new phone. So after this ordeal I called back and tried to discontinue service and get a refund. I was simply told no. I asked why? The service rep said because I said so and hung up.
