NTI Central National Telecommunting Institute Disabled Individuals Discriminated Against in Work At Home Rip Off by Non Profit Agency Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

This company purports to help disabled individuals obtain work at home jobs through companies they have contracts with.  They take advantage of disabled individuals and their Tickets to Work through Vocational Rehabilitation programs.  They had a group of us undergo training.  Upon successful completion of the training we were to become certified and go on to two weeks of paid training with the contracted companies and then on to paid at home work.  After successful completion of the training we were then told our services would not be needed and we would not be offered further paid training or work at home jobs.  Myself and others voiced or objections.  As an olive branch and in what the company declared to be in the interest of "only fair" we were advised we would be provided notification and opportunity to apply for any future job openings and vacancies before they were posted and offered on NTI's website. .....  NTI failed to follow through on that promise.  The next thing we knew we were receiving the same newsletters everyone else received, advising that there were now opening being offered to everyone.

Being a Paralegal, Legal Secretary and individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration I called this injustice to task and was in turn threatened and attempts to intimidate me into silence were made.  I was also sternly advised not to email NTI or their employees any more.

AUTHOR: Psiborg - (USA) what happened when you went to the USAG's Office with this complaint ?  Anyone else with YOUR legal background would have ( I have an AA in Admin of Justice ) and i would have. I can tell you tha the companies that contract NTI to find employees ( the biggest offender is a Major Grocery/appliance/housewares etc chain on the East Coast and South ) do bring in the NTI people for 1-2 weeks of paid training and then tell them OOPS no job yet..we will call you...they do this because the have a huge turnaround of call center staff ( after a few days in training that and the reasons why is obvious ) but they like to use NTI people as a "always avail" callcenter refill source..NTI by itself did everything THEY Promised...but some of their clients are a bit...Sketch.
