#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Quick Telecom Inc. Is a Frauld. Failure to provide service and then tried to bill me!
AUTHOR: Anil - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, October 18, 2012
Here are the facts:
The service tech from Quick Telecom was 3 hours late to my client's site. He spent 10 minutes at the site and then told me he did not have enough information to do the job. He then left for another job that he was also running late for.
At that time there was no mention of a bill or an invoice. That all came later.
I then had to schedule Americom Telephone Systems to come in and do the same job with the same information that was provided to Quick Telecom. Americom Telephone Systems was able to configure the NEC phone system that Quick Telecom was unable to handle.
The bottom line is that I think Quick Telecom is fraudulent for demanding payment for a job that they could not do.
