DO NOT be fool  by NuAge Skin product because the product and the web site is a scam.  The NuAge web page (http://nuageskin.net/) is designed to "force" you into completing the order that you want to try plus n additional product that you didn't ask for because there's no CANCEL function.  For me, since the shipment fee was only $5.95 for the second product, I told myself that I can return it once I receive the order since there's no contact information on the webpage.

When the products arrived, there was no shipping/contact information.  The first time I got a contact information was when I got billed for the subscription order.  I call immediately and was told by the customer support that she will cancel the order, stop the shipment and credit the amount back to my credit card.  However, when I received my monthly credit card billing, I realized that NuAge DID NOT credit my credit card.  On the contrary, a recurring bill was placed on my credit card.  So I filed a dispute with my credit card company and all called NuAge at 877-244-6791 to try to resolve the dispute.  I talked to Sonia Lopez (the cusomter support) who was very rude and refused to give me full credit back for the credit charges.

Nuage designed their web page to fool customer in thinking they are getting a trail of the product by not displaying the terms & conditions so the consumer is totally unaware of the fact that they are getting sucked into a subscription order. Besides, you can't take action to cancel since there's no contact information until NuAge start charging you for the subscription.  I will continue to work with my credit card company to get credit back for the $202.  I hope no one else will fall into the same trap that I did.
