Nuance Aromatherapy/Striaex Striaex - Aromatherapy Ripp Off! Stay FAR FAR away! Vancouver British Columbia

Ordered the trial acne medication for $2.95 in October 2007. Tried to cancel within 1/2 hour, but couldn't. No customer service except email (when they feel like getting back to you). Received the trial October 22, returned it October 24th (clearly within their 25 trial period). They claim the never received it (still to January 14, 2008 they have no records of receiving it) Upon reading the bad publicity within hours of ordering trial, I cancelled my credit card so they couldn't bill me numerous times. They have since harrased me saying I owe them $159.99 since I never returned the trial. Keep in mind they never sent the 3 month supply. After several weeks of this, they threatened to send me to collections. They "settled" for $79.99. I have excellent credit and was afraid they would or could send me to collections. It would cost more for an attorney to "fix" after the fact. I refused to give them a credit card, and they refused a check. I finally sent a money order out of fear for $79.99. I feel completely ripped off and upset. How many others does this need to happen to before the consumers shut this Company down? Now I'm afraid they'll say they never received my payment and send me anyway. Will this ever end? Again, I paid for what?? Stay completely away from this scam.
